Buying a home is a big deal, and it can feel like a lot at once. Our job is to take the guesswork out of it. Tell us what you want, and we’ll help you find it, write a strong offer, and catch the little things before they turn into big things.
A few questions to think about first
- Where? Rochester, a smaller town nearby, or out in the country? Is there a school district, a commute or a neighborhood you already like?
- What kind of home? Rambler, two-story, split-level, townhome? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you really need?
- How do you live? Do you work from home? Host the holidays? Need a big garage for winter, a shop, or room for a garden?
- What does the budget look like? Have you talked with a lender yet? It’s the best first step, and we’re happy to recommend a few.

Homes we’ve helped buyers purchase
Each blue pin is a home where Lori or Lea represented the buyer: 343 closed purchases from our MLS records. (Our MLS exports don’t reach back to every year, so the real number is higher.)
