The Reinalda Lancaster Real Estate Group, brokered by RE/MAX Results (“we,” “us” or “our”) is a team of real estate agents with RE/MAX Results. We respect the privacy of each user of medcityhomefinder.com (this “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect as you visit and use this Site, how we may use that information, and the parties with which we may share it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and message, when you choose to submit it through a form on this Site. These include the contact form, agent contact forms, free market analysis, personalized home search, buyer and seller information requests, mortgage pre-approval and relocation guide requests. You do not have to submit any personal information to browse this Site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site and its hosting provider receive non-personal and technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you view and when, and similar usage information.

How our forms work

When you submit a form, your information is sent securely to our website server (a Cloudflare Pages Function). From there it is sent to Lead2Deed, the customer relationship management (CRM) system our team uses to manage and respond to inquiries, and it is emailed to our team so we can reply quickly. A backup copy of the submission is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, so that no request is lost. Only our team and the service providers who operate these systems for us have access to it.

Our forms say: “Your information will not be sold to a 3rd party. By submitting, you agree to be contacted by the Reinalda Lancaster Real Estate Group, RE/MAX Results, by phone, email or text.” By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, email or text message about your request.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, you agree that a member of our team may contact you by phone call, email or text message about your request. You can also call or text us yourself at 507-951-7316. You can reply ‘STOP’ to any text message at any time to opt out. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow web pages to recognize you as a previous user, capture information and personalize your experience. This Site itself does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies to identify you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

The small games on this Site save your best score and sound setting in your browser’s local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Hosting and analytics

This Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the technical information described above to deliver the Site, protect it against attacks and abuse, and give us aggregated traffic statistics, such as page views and visitor counts. These statistics do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors. We use them only to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Home search, listing photos and maps

RE/MAX Results home search. The property search on many pages of this Site is provided by RE/MAX Results (reinaldalancaster.results.net, powered by Tribus) and appears inside a frame on our pages. That search is operated by RE/MAX Results, and it may use its own cookies or ask you to create an account to save searches or favorites. Information you enter there is handled under the RE/MAX Results Privacy Policy. Leads from that search may be shared with our team so we can respond to you.

Listing photos. Listing photos are loaded from the MLS photo service used by RE/MAX Results, and that service receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads an image. Listing pages with a video tour load it from the video host (for example, YouTube) only when that tour appears on the page.

Maps. Maps on this Site use the Leaflet library with map images from OpenStreetMap. When you view a map, your browser requests map images directly from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which receive your IP address and the map area being viewed. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

Home value widget and music player

Homebot home value widget. The home value tool on our home page is provided by Homebot, Inc. and loads from Homebot’s servers. If you enter your address, email or other details in it, that information goes to Homebot to create your home value report, and Homebot may share it with our team so we can follow up. Homebot’s handling of that information is governed by the Homebot Privacy Policy, not this policy.

Apple Music player. One agent profile page includes an embedded Apple Music player. When that page loads, your browser connects to Apple, which receives standard technical information (such as your IP address) and may set its own cookies. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Use and disclosure of information

We use the information we collect to respond to your requests and provide the information and services you ask for. If you provide your personal information, we may use it to respond to your inquiry, discuss helping you buy, sell or list a property, prepare a market analysis, market our services and those of RE/MAX Results to you, send you market reports or newsletters you request, or for other similar purposes. You can ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We will not share or sell any personal information with anyone outside of our business line, and data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing and promotional purposes. Our business line includes our team, RE/MAX Results, and the service providers who operate this Site and our CRM on our behalf (such as Cloudflare and Lead2Deed). We may also share it with others involved in your transaction when you ask us to, such as a lender or another agent.

The Reinalda Lancaster Real Estate Group and RE/MAX Results may also disclose personal and non-personal information: to defend or protect their rights in any actual or threatened litigation; to protect the safety of individuals; to carry out a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with another entity; or for any other reason we deem reasonably necessary. In addition, where permitted or required by law, we may provide personal information to third parties without your consent to comply with court orders, subpoenas or other legal or regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to use non-personal information collected through your use of this Site for analytical purposes to improve this Site or for any other business purpose.

Security

We use measures we consider appropriate to protect the information we collect through this Site. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, password-protected accounts and limited access to the information. However, websites and companies are constantly subject to hacking attempts and attacks. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information, and you use this Site at your own risk.

Links to third-party sites

This Site contains links to third-party websites, such as school districts, city and county offices, lenders and social media. If you click one of these links, you will leave this Site. We cannot guarantee that the privacy practices of third parties are similar to ours, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third party for your own protection. The Reinalda Lancaster Real Estate Group and RE/MAX Results are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties and expressly disclaim any liability for the disclosure of personal information by any third party.

Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. This Site is not intended to be used, and you are not permitted to use this Site, if you are under the age of 13.

Effective date and changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 9, 2026. Each time you use this Site, check the date of this Privacy Policy and review any changes since your last visit. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice other than posting the changed policy on this Site. Any change takes effect as soon as it is posted on this Site.
