Parking at the RPT park-and-ride lots is free and the regular fare is $2; Mayo Clinic employees show their Mayo ID for employer-sponsored fares (City of Rochester). Mayo’s staff commuting flyer names the lots as N. Broadway (CMX Chateau Theater), the Olmsted County Fairgrounds and 75th Street NW.
- Link, a fare-free 2.8-mile bus rapid transit line linking the West Transit Village, Mayo Clinic campuses and downtown, is under construction. The city expects first rides in August 2027 (City of Rochester, Sept. 2026).
